This hotel was really centrally located and the staff members at the reception were there at all the hours. The beds have been comfortable and the other guests were being generally respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air-con was on and off, maybe my mistake using it. Really awesome hotel and excellent location. Unquestionably will advise Hacienda Minerva!
